    Description

      Add a option for Deploy Triggers to execute only when there is a newer build available.

      There is only 2 type of triggers in Bamboo and not enough customization on the "when" to deploy.

      Here we use the Schedule Trigger, but often the build is Deploy even if there is no change during the day.
