Plan dependency throwing error when plan is not selected

Replicate issue

1. go to "Plan configuration >> Dependencies"
2. under "Child plans", please type a partial plan (i.e.:cha)
   Bamboo will provide you with search results.
   
3. without selecting any of the results, hit "Save" button
