Download shared artifact from specific build

      Some customers have a requirement to download the shared artifact from a specific build, rather than form the latest build, for various workflow reasons.

      While it is possible to provide several alternate approaches, such as passing between multiple stages, the ability to select the results from a specific built in the UI would be beneficial.
