admin/systemInfo.action claims to list number of plans but it's actually jobs

one of our servers reports 40k plans on admin/systemInfo.action which is a bit high. From looking at the code it seems PlanManager is calling planDao.getPlanCount(Buildable.class) which effectively lists number of Jobs, not Plans. That's misleading and should be fixed..

At the same time the page actually loads very poorly, possible has to do with 1M of build results on the instance 2015-04-01_1123.png
