When using Crowd for SSO, we identify in the config file that:

"...Enable it after configuring your Crowd properties through user management and restart Bamboo. It does not support Crowd property changes at runtime..."

However, we still allow for the modification of the parameters inside the Bamboo UI and this can cause Bamboo to hang, as a restart is required to correctly implement the change.

Correct this by addition of suitable warning that a reboot would be required, or, disable the ability to make the change when SSO is enabled.
