      Problem Definition

      Currently Bamboo does not have a way to succinctly show permissions for users / groups across a large number of plans for audit purpose.

      Suggested Solution

      Report that summarizes effective permissions for users and groups granted across multiple (or all) plans. Global permissions should also be considered.
