Luntbuild had a great notification policy:
a) notify on first failure
b) notify on first success

So our dev team new when the build went from good to bad and vice versa. I'd really like this ability in Bamboo. Otherwise when something is broken for a few hours the failures messages get diluted and people start filtering.
