Currently Bamboo server can be configured to automatically failover to another server if something goes wrong. Unfortunately the agents don't seem able to handle connecting to a different Bamboo server in an automatic fashion.

If Agents were smart enough to update the Bamboo server connection mid build this may be possible, but right now a build will terminate if Bamboo goes through a failover.
