Report JUnit parsing errors at the UI level

When we encounter an issue with an JUnit xml file that may not parse correctly Bamboo we should return the line and position of the error in the UI, not just to the Bamboo logs.

This improves the end user experience, allowing them to go fix the file, rather than looking through logs.
