Elastic agents without ec2 instances relating to them

It has happened several times that we had elastic agents on bamboo server but the ec2 instances did not exist (At least not accessible from bamboo). Normally when I open an elastic agent, I should be able to click the link of the ec2 instance, but sometimes it is not clickable.

I don't have a problematic agent atm, so just attached a normal one to show the issue. Will update when it happens again
