REST API to stop running builds

    Description

      It would be great to have a possibility of stopping running builds using the REST API.

      Nowadays it is possible to delete enqueued builds, but that's different from stopping builds that are already running.

      Also, the builds are not hung, so using the HBK plugin is not relevant.
