Artifact publish failures reasons are never reported

When a job fails to publish an artifact, the message in the logs is something like:

Unable to publish artifact [Webdriver screenshots]: null

The reason is always "null". This happens due to a bug in ArtifactPublishingResultImpl, which always returns a null from getFailureReason, and which ignores the actual reason string that's passed in by the failure factory method.
