As a user tasked with maintaining our Bamboo installation, I should be able to configure a plan to automatically remove branch plans and associated builds based upon branches that no longer exist.

Our main library has lots of short-lived bugfix branches, and smaller hotfix branches with a lifespan of a few hours. These currently need manually clearing out every few hours otherwise the disk space ends up getting filled up very quickly, causing builds to fail.
