Build status does not update on plan completion

    Description

      When a build completes, the new result is not being reflected on the the build dashboard. Only by refreshing the dashboard is the new status displayed.

      This looks like a regression of BAM-13437, but in addition to the status icon not being updated, the build number is not being updated also.
