In the futur, we want give more autonomous to development team. we want to delegate some administration acts to the "release manager" on a specific project.
On this plan the "release manager" must be able to manage all projects plans :

• add/modify/remove repository
• add/modify/remove Permissions
• add/modify/remove the Stages/jobs/stages
• add/modify/remove Triggers
• add/modify/remove Permissions
• add/modify/remove Notifications
• add/modify/remove Variables
• add/modify/remove Miscellaneous

all actions should be tracked in a audit log as stath.
Like that, we can delegate some administration acts with some controls.
