Wrong branch displayed after saving linked repository

Steps to reproduce it

1. create a repository in Stash
2. create a branch "1.1" in Stash
3. create a branch "1.1-TOMCAT" in Stash
4. go to "Bamboo administration >> Build resources >> Linked repositories" and add a new repository by selecting the branch 1.1
   
5. after you have saved the repository, the branch displayed is 1.1-TOMCAT instead of 1.1
   
6. by going to "Plan configuration >> Repositories" tab and select your repository, you can notice the branch 1.1 is selected
