Add possibility to add deployment environment templates

There are sitautions where users want to deploy same set artifact to different environments e.g QA & PROD. This environemtns will have same set of tasks with the only differenrce being the variables or parameters. It will be nice if users can create for a single environment, save it and able to reuse for different environments.

Cloning is not enough because if this envrionments needs to be maintained, it means we will have to delete all the environments, edit one of them and then start recreating them again.

A template for all the enviornments will do so that amedments can be made their and all envs just inherit.
