Automatic labelling in build with JIRA issue key pattern doesn't create the link to the JIRA issue automatically.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure a build plan to automatically add the JIRA issue key as a label
2. Check the "Issues" list

Expected Results

A link to the JIRA Issue will be created

Actual Results

The JIRA link is not created.

Workaround

Manually add the label, as the JIRA link will be created then.
