When a user configures an Artifact Download Task we should give the possibility to specify a target branch of the plan that produced the artifact.

There could be 3 options:
[] Pick the artifact from the default branch of the parent plan
[] Pick the artifact from the same branch as the current plan
[] Pick the artifact from the branch <branch> of the parent plan
