Rename users in Bamboo

      It will be nice to have the ability to rename user names in Bamboo. A good use case where this will be useful is as thus:

      1. consider bamboo linked to JIRA for user management
      2. Now since JIRA allows user rename, a user is renamed in JIRA
      3. The user management is synched
      4. Now Bamboo recreates a new user rather than updating the user details and we end up having the old user deleted. Our build comments or labels will then show as anonymous. The dashboard will show build trigger reasons as being from the deleted user and so on
