Build fails due to unnecessarily large process space

      The change added in BAM-11824 is now causing our builds to fail due to the environment being larger than 32kb.
      The error in our situation comes from building an installer using Wix (see http://stackoverflow.com/a/9722623/995058)

      I can see that this would be a useful feature for a lot of people, however I would propose that it is a configurable option so that it can be disabled by those who don't need it.
