Finished build is later cancelled by the OrphanedBuildMonitorJob

      A build went gray and failed with a


      Build GH-FPUBLISH2-CRT-6 had to be cancelled: it was marked as in progress in DB but no agents were assigned to it.

      But looking at the logs, everything was allright on the agents
