Description
I think it would be extremely helpful if you could schedule a deployment to an environment happen on a schedule, but only if there was a change in the plan the deployment is being built off of.
For example, the plan builds on source change. But you only want to deploy once a day. So you set the schedule. However, if you don't change the code for a couple days. There is still a release made for each of those days.
Per https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/273390/bamboo-deploy-only-if-a-new-build-exists you can fake it by writing an external system to manually trigger the deployment. However, it seems like a trivial task to add an option on the schedule to only deploy if there's been a change.
