Deploying to Tomcat results in "Could not deploy application: Unbuffered entity enclosing request can not be repeated." error

Deploying web application to Tomcat 8.0.6 results in the error message above
WAR file size is around 110 MB.

Deployment task fails withing appeox. 1 second.

I made sure that This very file can be deployed through tomcat manager application (user/password and war size limits are ok).

Searching internet for error message text doesn't produce any meaningful results.

Tomcat's log does not contain any stack traces
