Branch detection runs with Perforce depots even though not supported

Perforce repository types are currently not supported currently with automatic branch detection. However, we report this fact at a fairly frequent rate in the logs.

Its important to note that in the Plan Config > Branches Tab does not contain a "Create plan branches for branches detected in the repository" so that you could disable this. Even though it's unsupported this functionality seems to be running for the depot anyway.

Ideally, we would fully disable the testing of ABD for Perforce.
