Unable to create EBS for EC2 instance "EBS x86_64" for OnDemand Bamboo

      Beeing logged in as described here (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Configuring+elastic+instances+to+use+the+EBS) the first step:
      sudo ./createInitialVolume.sh 100 in /opt/bamboo-elastic-agent/bin fails with:
