"Getting Help" document for Bamboo

There is currently no document explaining how to file a support ticket and generate a support zip for Bamboo. We need a document similar to the one we have for JIRA: Getting Help - JIRA.

We have a page explaining where the logs are located and how they can be modified: Logging in Bamboo, but having the "Getting Help" document is also helpful and necessary.
