Option to define a null repository or point to a project on the local file system, when configuring plans.

    Description

      As a work around for repositories not supported by Bamboo - it would be helpful if users could define a null repository or point to project(s) on local file system.

      This could also be used for evaluation purposes for customers evaluating Bamboo.
