Dependencies from MDP should trigger build regardless of the build type

When we have configured plan dependencies and choose the option "Enable dependencies for all branches of this plan", it is expected that the branch plan from the child will only be triggered if there is a branch in the parent with same name.

In the case of maven dependency processor, it shows dependency exist between plan and branches even though the branch names does not match. Perhaps we can label the dependency or something like that to show that the branches will not be triggered.

Also Dependency does not work for branches with the same name when using MDP if there is atleast a dependency that does not match.
