Send notification when plan will be disabled by System

      Could you add email notification to change on plan status?

      Sample events from audit log, that should be able to trigger notification:

      08:07, 13 Jun	 SYSTEM 	   	Plan 'BANMS-SONAR' detected that the repository is invalid. The plan will be disabled. Error was: Cannot determine head revision of 'https://stash.url/config.git' on branch 'sample'. Branch has probably been removed.
