branch builds are not initiated when the Stash branch is deleted and re-added.

    Description

      The following sequence results in a stale Bamboo branch while the Stash branch is active:

      1. user pushes branch to Stash
      2. Bamboo detects Stash branch, adds branch to plan and builds the branch
      3. user deletes branch from Stash
      4. user re-adds (pushes) same branch to Stash
      5. builds for the branch are no longer automatically initiated
