Build reports wrong repo/commit as being overridden

If I hae a plan with 2 repos and provide a custom commit for the default repo, the build actually reports that the customised version was the commit the second repo used, not the one I provided.

You can see in the attachment that the title bar has the correct revision, but under that it says I overrode the second repos version, which I did not.
