More robust features for custom plans

Users would like the ability to have the customization input provide more options than text based entry. It would be great if users could switch between different customization sets on the fly with a multiselect or the like. This is useful over branches in cases when a user applies the same changes (templates) to multiple projects. Multiselects could control platforms, stages within builds, variables, etc that add lots of value to manually running plans.
