Cannot retrieve full branches (more than 30) list from GitHub repository

      When trying to retrieve a list of 30+ branches from a GitHub repository, we're unable to select a branch outside the first 30 names. This is a very annoying bug, since we simply cannot set a branch name, we must select it from the dropdown menu.

      Note that Git repositories from Bitbucket aren't being affected.
