There is currently no way to configure criteria or notifications for hung Deployments like there is for hung Build Plans.

This is an issue because we often see that Deployments randomly hang on SCP tasks, and since there is no way to automate a notification, it ends up backing up a large number of other deployments until someone notices and manually stops the hung deployments.

Ideally there would be an option to automatically kill the hung deployment, based on some configurable criteria, but at the very minimum receiving a notifications would be helpful.
