Stock windows images do not properly handle .Net file access

      Error message: 

      The current identity (IP-0A0984F0\Bamboo) does not have write access to 'C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files'

      Customer suggestion: The identity should really have write access to paths matching 'C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v*\Temporary ASP.NET Files'.

      Also would it be possible to include .Net v4.5 in the Windows 2008 image?
