Case sensitivity prevents auto-linking of Authors

The main issue here is the case sensitivity in the email.

If we have a Git author's email <john.doe@mycompany.com> and a Bamboo user <John.Doe@mycompany.com>, the auto-link won't work. Case sensitivity should not matter for email addresses.

Because of this, after builds are run and Bamboo detects a commit change, it won't email users until the auto-link is manually done.
