Nowadays the permission granted for a user to edit a deployment project in order to create a release also grants that user permission to edit the deployment project tasks.

This is not ideal for some customers, so it would be great if this could be separated in two different permissions.

It would also be good if the permission for create project and deploy project weren't bundled under 'admin' permissions.
