Currently each Bamboo Plan and Branch is individually polling repositories for changes. This can cause some performance degradation especially for larger instances that poll the repo hundreds (or more) times through the process of normal building/deploying.

It could improve performance if the polling done by the notification processes could be changed to a per repository poll instead of a per branch/plan poll.
