Description
Whenever the Bamboo server is restarted, the System Errors from the previous application session are lost. Customers also have to periodically check whether there are System Errors occurring by visiting Bamboo Administration > System > System errors instead of being notified (by email).
The list of System Errors could be available as an RSS feed. It would be beneficial on both persisting the problem report of an error beyond the current application session and pushing notifications to administrators when they occur.
Also, System Errors could notify system administrators by email.
