Changing stage name breaks adding new jobs

When I first change stage name and then try adding a job to the stage whose name I've just edited, the job doesn't get added. The first click on the "Create Job" does nothing, when I click "Create Job" again, I'm getting to the Job configuration wizard of the Create a new plan page.

The workaround is to edit stage name, refresh the page and only then start adding jobs.
