[BAM-1421] Https authentication with SSL fails in SVNKit 1.1.2

SSL authentication feature has been brought back (use "SSL Client Certificate" authentication method) but there are 2 limitations:

            • client certificate has to be in PKCS12 format
            • client certificate file must be passphrase protected - otherwise a runtime exception is thrown by JDK security engine while opening the user key

Tested with SVNKit 1.1.4 and Bamboo 1.2.2 and I haved same problem.

SVNKit 1.1.4 is out. We'll try this out and see if the problem is fixed
