When an old branch of a project is deleted, it's releases are retained.

What's weird, is that sometimes new branches are connected to these releases, which makes it so you can't make new releases of that branch.

      1. Make a branch of a project
      2. Using that branch, create a build with artifacts and a release
      3. Delete the branch (but not the release)
      4. Create a new branch
      5. Using the new branch, create a build with artifacts

Notice that you cannot create a release, and the old release is shown.

Note that this issue only appears on applications with high numbers of branches and releases.

Work-around manually delete the old releases until it stops linking.
