Hi Team

I would like to request an improvement for Bamboo.

We faced the situation that it was necessary to restart Bamboo and leave it in paused mode as the Build servers were off during the Maintenance period.

I would like to request the Bamboo configuration option which can be set for example from $BAMBOO_HOME/bamboo.properties and will automatically start Banboo in Paused mode.
