Add the ability to assign or modify AWS tags to Elastic Bamboo triggered instance.

Since AWS tags are used to simplify the administration of AWS services, could be very interesting if we could "tag" instances that has been started by Elastic Bamboo and modify existing tagging such as the instance name which is supplied on start-up.
