Currently is only possible to override the Default repository of the plan.
But it's needed you can override all repository definitions in a plan branch.

Example, you have repository for your development and setup a plan with automatic branch management for feature branches. now, if you have another repository in that plan for build tools or own scripts and you need an other branch, it's not possible at the moment to override this second repository.
