When you have several branches within a repository these can be built using branch builds of the same build plan. This is great until the requirement for one or more of the branches change.

For example, we recently upgraded one of our applications from Visual Studio 2010 to Visual Studio 2013 and this new version is maintained on a separate branch.

We would like to have the capability to create a branch build and override the requirements for a task.
