Referring to ami-976edafe (EBS x86_64 (windows))

When an EBS snapshot is selected to be used for this image, it is mounted as expected to the created EC2 instance. However, it does not show up in Windows because the san policy is set to "Offline Shared". This requires someone to log in as admin and enable the disk via diskpart or the Computer Management tool each time an instance is spun up.
