Resizing browser windows will cause glitch

Problem Description
Resizing browser windows would cause some glitch on the header. Instead of showing More as one of the menu, it shows aui.words.more in the header. For more information, please refer to the following screenshot.

Steps to replicate

1. Access any Bamboo 5.2
2. Resize the browser windows to pretty small size
