The ability to modify artifacts and working/build directory from the UI

It's currently possible to change the artifacts directory, working directory and build directory by editing the bamboo.cfg.xml file under <bamboo-home> directory. It's also possible to view this information under Bamboo Administration - > System Information.

It will be great to be able to edit these paths from the UI. Bamboo can be paused when making the modifications and display a message requesting for a re-start when changes are saved.
